On 15-501 from Chapel Hill: On 15-501 coming out of Chapel Hill toward Durham, turn left onto Erwin Road. Hope Creek is 4 miles down Erwin, on the right.

On 15-501 from Durham: Traveling south on 15-501, take exit #107 (751/Duke University). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Take first left onto Erwin Road. Hope Creek is 2 miles down Erwin, on the left.
